This site is run by NJ POS Systems, 25 Independence Blvd., Suite 201, Warren, NJ 07059, a Swiped USA company. This policy explains what we collect on this site, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.

When you send a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, business name, business type, a monthly card sales range, and anything you write in the message box. Every field except name, phone and email is optional.

When you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can follow up.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and performance: the IP address, browser type and pages requested. We do not use those logs to identify you.

To answer you, prepare a quote, schedule an installation, and set up the system or account you asked for.

To keep a record of our conversations so you do not have to repeat yourself.

To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

FormSubmit, the service that delivers form messages from this site to our inbox. It keeps a copy for a limited time in order to deliver it.

Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps the server logs described above.

When you ask us to set up a merchant account, a POS system or software, the processor, bank or vendor that provides it. They receive only what they need to open and run your account, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to that relationship.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third party trackers, and it does not track you across other sites. If we add site analytics later we will say so here.

As long as we need it to answer you and to serve your account. If you ask us to delete your details we do, unless we have to keep them for a signed merchant agreement, for accounting, or because the law requires it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@njpossystems.com or call (877) 794-7339. We answer within a reasonable time and we do not charge for it.

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to the details you send is limited to the people who need it to help you. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security, and we will tell you if something goes wrong with your information.

This site is for business owners and managers. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes we post the new version here with a new effective date.
